Solara An-Ra Warrior of the Light

Solara An-Ra grew up in South Africa, completing a B. A. degree and Teaching Diploma at Cape Town University. After moving to the UK in 1987 she began her spiritual journey which has led her to become a spiritual teacher who brings a Pleiadian sense of joy and fun into all her work. As a member of the Order of Melchizedek, she takes groups on sacred trips to the places of power on Earth across the globe, reconnecting the Light-grid and the tribe simultaneously.

One of Solara's greatest gifts is the channelled messages and guided meditations she puts up on her website and YouTube, free to download. These are more than meditations – they teach vital skills to beginners and the experienced alike, such as a felt experience of your chakras, how to ground yourself, reclaim your power, connect with your Higher Self and move into a heart-centred way of being.

Solara gifts the world with these because she is in service to her human tribe and is providing tools for raising our consciousness as easily and joyfully as possible. She also leads ceremonies for the Equinoxes and Solstices wherever she may be in the world, bringing back the ways of the ancestors in celebrating our connection with our Sun, our Earth and each other as 'the tribe of Gaia.'

Armukara has for many years, and continues to have, a growing interest in complementary and holistic therapies as a way of maintaining health and well being naturally.

Her decision to become a therapist and healer came quite unexpectedly, out of the blue in fact, whilst she and some friends were on a train from Waterloo to a two day ‘girlie’ spa break at Champneys in early 2004.

                                                                                           

Soon after this she took the plunge and enrolled upon a massage course with the Essentials for Health School of Massage, Aromatherapy and Sports Massage.

Since this lightening bolt moment on the train in 2004, Armukara has not looked back and has realised that her true passion and joy is to practice complementary therapies, healing and to teach in this field, and in so doing, help individuals to find balance, harmony and relief from the stresses and tensions of the fast pace of modern living.

In all she does she aims to create not only a safe and nurturing space, but also a sacred space where one can experience the lightness of their being, a space to encourage personal insight and growth.

Hira Ratan Manek & Sun Gazing

Hira was born on 12th of September 1937 in Bodhavad, India, was raised in Calicut, Kerala, India, where he had his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Kerala. After graduation, he joined the family shipping and spice trading business and continued working there until he retired in 1992.

After he retired, he began to research and study the ancient practice of sun gazing in which he had been interested in since his childhood. This method was an old but forgotten method, which had been practiced, in the ancient times in many different parts of the world.

After working on this method for 3 years, he was able to re-discover the secrets of sun gazing. During his study, he was mainly inspired from the teachings of Lord Mahavir of Jains, who was also practicing this method two thousand and six hundred years ago. Other inspirations for sungazing came from ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Native Americans.

Since June 18th, 1995, HRM has and continues to live only on sun energy and water. Occasionally, for hospitality and social purposes, he drinks tea, coffee and buttermilk. Until now, he had three strict fastings, during which he had just sun energy and only water and was under the control and observation of various science and medical teams.
